How to Buy Custom Jewelry?
You can send us a DM on Instagram @iceatlcom, or place an order on our website (fastest method).
After 4 days, our team will create a digital render (CAD DESIGN) of Your pendant and send it to you for approval.
You can then see exactly what Your pendant is going to look like and also make any adjustments.
The production takes around 3 weeks + shipping 4 days.
How Can I Customize this Item?
We can customize any chain, pendant, bracelet or ring for free.
To add Your customization request, click on “Special Instructions for Seller” on the cart page.
We can add a custom engraving to any bracelet, ring, chain or pendant. For pendants, You can choose a different size bail (standard is 3mm).
Does ICEATL Jewelry Pass Diamond Tester?
Yes. All ICEATL jewelry is going to pass the diamond tester. This is because VVS Moissanite conducts heat and electricity in a similar manner as to natural diamonds.
What Materials Do You Use?
Most ICEATL jewelry is made with a solid base of 925 sterling silver and plated with 14K gold.
We can, however, create custom jewelry using 14K solid gold, or VVS1 natural diamonds. Please send us a message.
What is Your Refund Policy?
We have a strict EXCHANGE ONLY policy. NO REFUNDS!
In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason whatsoever, we will allow you to exchange your item once for an item of equal or lesser value, given that Your item(s) are in brand new, unaltered, original condition.
WE DON'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.
